The ledger starts in 1911 when Rugby, Hockey and Cricket were played at the school. It lists Head Prefects for some years, along with the results of the Annual Sports Day events. For some years it also lists who the winner was for various trophies and sports awards. Some years also list the results of Inter-house competitions, as well as who were the leaders in the Cadets.

File consists of records pertaining to the care package created for the Appleby College Graduating Class of 2020, as a result of the COVID pandemic which cancelled the Annual Closing Day Ceremonies. The care package was mailed to all graduating students at Appleby College and a small sign, a blue graduation cap with the year 2020 on the tassles, two black Appleby College cloth face masks, a brochure about photos and class rings for 2020, several COVID related stickers including a picture of a blue dog with a mask on, a picture of toilet paper with the words '2020 survivor', and an ape with the words 'Social Distancing Expert'. There is also an invitation from the Senior School Council for the Appleby College Prom to be held Saturday October 10, 2020, as well as a invitation for the Closing Day Ceremony to be held Friday October 9, 2020. The package also includes two blank monthly calendar templates. There is also a colour picture of the graduating class of 2020 (PH01-0909).

The file also includes a handwritten letter from Canadian artist Alex Colville thanking David for the book he sent. Fonds consists of school photographs and records pertaining to Stuart's time at Appleby College. There are two class photographs, one from 1952 and one from 1953. There are also 6 photographs taken at Camp Ipperwash Cadet camp along with 4 newspaper articles about the camp Stuart attended with other Appleby College Cadets in the summer of 1953. There are also several photographs of Stuart and friends at Sports Day as well as Cadet Inspection. Fonds also includes several programmes for Sports Day and a dramatic society production in 1950.

Sub-file consists of book awards given to students at the Annual Closing Day. These book awards were presented with a bookplate pasted inside the front cover listing the student's name and grade (form), date and reason for the award.

Optimates Award was given to students who achieved outstanding academic standing. File also includes lists of Optimates recipients, invitations, and prefect lists.

File also consists of the invitations for attending the annual sports day and prizegiving ceremony. These invitations often list the guest of honour who is presenting the awards to students.
