Sub-series consists of directories, handbooks and planners published by Appleby College for staff, students and parents, which provide lists of students and faculty, rules and regulations for the school as well as an academic calendar to assist with planning course work.

The sub-series is divided into the following files: Blue Book (student directory); Student Handbook; Bluebook, Handbook and planners; Parents Handbook; Faculty Handbook and Staff Directive.
