            Item consists of Part 3 of AV-26: Appleby School Travel Club European Tour and scenes around campus. It includes continued siteseeing in Germany, Switzerland and Paris, France where many of the famous landmarks are shown.

            This video also includes about 5 minutes of footage of the Appleby College campus and shows Colley House and Powell's House residences, the chapel and tennis courts, the Headmaster's residence, the cricket team and physical training class, football practice as well as panoramic views of the campus.

            It includes photographs of the main entrance with the stone gates, School House (now Colley House), the interior and exterior of the chapel, Powell's House and the gymnasium, the dining hall and reading room, science laboratory, dorm rooms, gymnastics, Cadet Corps, outdoor hockey rink and covered hockey rink, golf course, tennis courts, Sports Day, the Headmaster's residence and various views of the school grounds.

            The brochure also discusses the fee structure, dress code, courses of study, religious instruction and other buildings on campus.

There are also extra-curricular events listed such as dances and Old Boy's or alumni events, public speaking contests, the dates of school plays, Cadet inspection dates, Women's Association events, holidays and examination dates.

            Series consists of a scrapbook of Appleby College material compiled by Bill Sefton. It includes correspondence from the Alumni Association about various fundraising initiatives, invitations to Alumni events, including the 50 year club, greeting cards, a report card from Easter 1932, John Bell Chapel service programs, correspondence with other alumni, Appleby College Old Boys Association membership cards, newspaper clippings about Hilda Chattaway include photographs of her grave and a letter explaining how to find the grave, invitation to the official opening of Colley House in 1990, newspaper clippings about Appleby events including the visit from Prince Andrew, the 1991 Tour of Appleby College choir to Europe, an article written by Bill about how he got his first job in 1937 at Loblaws and his career there. The scrapbook also includes 45 photographs (PH01-0135 - PH01-0178) of Appleby College and people associated with Appleby.

            Item consists of the 1926 Appleby School Prospectus brochure.

            It includes photographs of the School House (now Colley House) building showing the orchard and the gymnasium, Powell's House and the gymnasium, dorm rooms, dining hall, classrooms, reading room in each of the houses, the science laboratories, gymnasium, the school grounds and fields, the creek, cricket, hockey rink, and cadets.

            The brochure describes the buildings on campus, including the new dormitory, 'New House' (now known as McCraney House) which the school purchased along with 5 acres of land in 1921. It was located on the other side of the highway. It also describes the staff, courses of study, religious instruction, sports, regulations, fee structure, and dress code.
