Item consists of the 1922-1924 Appleby School Prospectus brochure. It includes photographs of the School House (now Colley House) building showing the orchard and the gymnasium, Powell's House and the gymnasium, dorm rooms, dining hall, classrooms, reading room in each of the houses, the science laboratories, gymnasium, the school grounds and fields, the creek, cricket, hockey rink, and cadets.

The brochure describes the buildings on campus, including the new dormitory, 'New House' (now known as McCraney House) which the school purchased along with 5 acres of land in 1921. It was located on the other side of the highway. It also describes the staff, courses of study, religious instruction, sports, regulations, fee structure, dress code and application form.
