Sub-series consists of the records of The Appleby Old Boys' Association and the Appleby College Alumni Association.

Though the first annual dinner was held in 1916, it was not until 1920 that The Old Boys' Association was formed when Old Boys G.W.S. Adams, T.G. Heaton, A.L. Ambrose, R.E. Haas, A.D. MacLean and A.H. Gillespie met to officially form the organization. As a result of coeducation, the name of the organization was changed to The Appleby College Alumni Association effective September 1, 1991.

Item consists of a black and white panoramic photograph of the Appleby College Campus. Buildings in the photograph include Powell's House, the Gymnasium, the Chapel, Colley House, the grass tennis courts and behind the trees you can just see the Headmaster's house and the infirmary. The covered rink, which collapsed in January 1945, does not appear to be in the photograph. The flag pole is visible as are several student throwing a football around.

From left to right: Peggy Joyce and Bill Joyce (class of 1934), Mary Dewar (who is the wife of former faculty member David Marshall 'Skin' Dewar), as well as Tom Merritt and Mary Eleanor Merritt. Bill Joyce was a member of Appleby College staff from 1950 to 1964, and Tom Merritt was also a member of staff from 1948 to 1963. This event was described in The Appleby Quarterly (July 1996, vol. 18, no. 2).
