File consists of a 1992 design proposal by Gren Weis Architect and Associates for a new student residence building and a new campus centre building at Appleby College. The new student residence building proposal would go on to become Baillie House Residence.

File consists of a 1992 design proposal by Gren Weis Architect and Associates for a new triple gymnasium for Appleby College. The buildings in this proposal were never built.

File consists of a May 31, 2002 concept design drawing for a new gymnasium. The drawing is by Gren Weis Architects. The proposal was never built.

File consists of a January 1970 copy and original of a proposal for an Arts and Science Building at Appleby College. The proposal included an auditorium, a music practice area, art studios, photographic processing area, a library and science laboratories. Parts of this proposal were used in the construction of the Resource and Science Building, now the Barr Commons area.

File consists of the April 1998 Theatre Systems specifications and drawings report by Brian Arnott Associates for Willis Hall, in the basement of Powell's House residence. File also includes the architects drawings for the auditorium, including the stage disk and auditorium sections. There is also a side elevation profile drawing and of the recital theatre.

The proposal was submitted to the Classroom Building Focus Committee and discusses the need for the following spaces: multi-purpose studio, printmaking studio, sculpture/pottery studio, computer graphic/art history studio, darkroom, galley/presentation space, storage room, office space, new music rehearsal rooms, recording studio, drama studio and dance studio.

It includes correspondence regarding the purchase and installation of the original Casavant organ which was installed by the Woodstock Pipe Organ Builders Ltd., as well as the purchase and installation of the Organ Screen by The Globe Furniture Co. Ltd. There is also correspondence with Lady Edith Baillie, who donated funds for the purchase of the screen. There is also correspondence from Violet Walker who donated funds for the purchase of the organ. There is also information on the organ as well as invoices for parts and labour.
