Sub-series consists of the records of The Appleby Old Boys' Association and the Appleby College Alumni Association.

Though the first annual dinner was held in 1916, it was not until 1920 that The Old Boys' Association was formed when Old Boys G.W.S. Adams, T.G. Heaton, A.L. Ambrose, R.E. Haas, A.D. MacLean and A.H. Gillespie met to officially form the organization. As a result of coeducation, the name of the organization was changed to The Appleby College Alumni Association effective September 1, 1991.

Sub-series consists of correspondence regarding Appleby College alumni World War 1 and 2 veterans Aubrey Turquand as well as the Cochrane brothers (1932 to 1936 alumni) and Olaf Hertzberg.
