Hardwick who taught English and French from 1929 and 1964, and alumni's Randy Smye '63 and Michael DesRoches '62. They discuss life at Appleby College including quite a bit about corporal punishment and discipline.

There is discussion about Mr. Wickens both as a teacher and later as a headmaster, life at Appleby during the Depression years and the economic difficulties the school faced; how Mr. Hardwick came to be at Appleby College as a languages teacher; how Mr. Whittington and Mr. Wickens oversaw the dramatic society.
