The back of the service program contains an Honour roll listing those students and faculty who died in World War 1. The Chapel was originally built as a memorial to those who lost their life in World War 1.

File consists of records pertaining to the visit of HRH The Duke of York, Prince Andrew, as part of the 1997 Round Square Conference at Appleby College. It includes an invitation, list of questions, media list, protocol instructions, timeline, information on the Arthur Thomas and Lillie Edyth Little memorial stained glass window in the chapel, seating plan, program for the service and dedication of stained glass window and John Bell Chapel, itinerary, and email correspondence regarding other planning details for the event. It also includes a few press clippings.

File consists of records pertaining to the Appleby College Coronation Choir. The school Chapel Choir, under the direction of Choir Master E. Leslie Bott, was invited to perform at the Commonwealth Youth Movement Service as part of the Coronation of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in June 1953. Appleby College was one of a select few Canadian groups invited to attend this event. In addition to performing at the June 7, 1953 Coronation Service at Westminster Abbey, which was recorded, the choir performed a total of nineteen full concerts during their six weeks in Great Britain.

In addition to this, they sang at Services in nine Parish Churches, performed in five Public Schools and made two appearances on the BBC. The Appleby College Coronation Choir performed at the Cathedrals of Winchester, Chichester, St. Mary's (Edinburgh), Yorkminster and St. Albans and also sang a special Service of Dedication for Commonwealth Youth - At St. George's Chapel, Windsor, on June 1st.

In between singing, the group was able to tour around England and Scotland, and were in the stands during the actual Coronation ceremony on June 2nd, 1953. The group was also invited to attend the Changing of the Guard ceremony in the forecourt of Buckingham Palace on the day the Canadian Regiments took over.

Thirty years after the Choir performed, they held a reunion in 1983 at Appleby College and performed as a group once again.

It includes a 1917 letter inquiring about the sale of a bull, a postcard addressed to the school dated to 1918, a 1919 letter from Prince Edward - The Prince of Wales from his visit to Canada, a Christmas greeting letter from 1935 talking about the skating and ice conditions, a letter to Sir Edmund Walker regarding a suitable camp site for the students in 1920 (Camp Kushog - See Dec. 1920 Argus), a letter dated to 1938 discussing the cooking and food offerings at the school, reminiscences of school days gone by, the hanging of the new Canadian flag at Appleby College in 1965, and a letter dated to 1966 discussing the 1913-1914 prefects.

The file also includes correspondence regarding Miss Grindlay's photo album, correspondence from various alumni about their time at Appleby, correspondence about articles in the Quarterly and Argus including the school bell, as well as letters from family of alumni who may have donated items to the school archives. It also includes a sworn declaration regarding the history of McCraney House.

There is also correspondence from Violet Walker who donated funds for the purchase of the organ. There is also information on the organ as well as invoices for parts and labour.
