Item consists of a colour photograph of members of the Appleby College community gathered together. From left to right: Peggy Joyce and Bill Joyce (class of 1934), Mary Dewar (who is the wife of former faculty member David Marshall 'Skin' Dewar), as well as Tom Merritt and Mary Eleanor Merritt. Bill Joyce was a member of Appleby College staff from 1950 to 1964, and Tom Merritt was also a member of staff from 1948 to 1963. This event was described in The Appleby Quarterly (July 1996, vol. 18, no. 2).
