Item consists of the Northwood School Invitational Hockey Tournament Trophy for the Girls Division Champions. The Appleby College Girls Hockey Team Competed in this tournament since 2013 and won the tournament in Winter 2019. The tournament is held in Lake Placid, USA. It includes the programme and brochures, Transition Manual, Conference Committee planning binder, Meal and Decor Committee minutes and correspondence, Billeting Committee minutes, Conference information package, planning and correspondence information, congratulatory notes, dinner menu, and press clippings about the conference and the visit of Prince Andew, the Duke of York to the school as part of the conference.

Sub-series also includes a cd/dvd of video, photos and music from the conference.

Item consists of the Daphne M. Collins Award for Academic Distinction in Grade VI (six) at Appleby College (Junior School). Grade six ended at Appleby College in June 1993. Between 1994 and 1999, the award was presented to a Middle School student who was a keen and inquiring learner.

Daphne M. Collins was an English Teacher at Appleby College from Sept. 1979 until her retirement in June 1986. She was also an Academic Counsellor for Grades 4 to 6 during the 1985-1986 academic year. She taught English to grades 5, 6 and 7.
