File consists of the yearly wall calendar that Appleby College creates for the academic school year. The calendars use photographs of students, staff and the campus areas and buildings and list events occurring on campus throughout the year.

File consists of correspondence pertaining to William Richard Wright's time as student at Appleby School, as well as letters to Mr. Guest after he enlisted to participate in World War 1 (one). There are also several letters written after the end of The War.

Series consists of records pertaining to students and employees who participated in World War 1 (one), gathered from student and employee files belonging to Appleby School. These files include Appleby School application forms, health records, letters between the school and parents regarding school fees, letters to Mr. Guest from students and employees enlisted and serving their country during World War 1. It also includes letters to Mr. Guest from parents and relatives of these individuals. The files are as follows: Aubrey Turquand, John Magee, Geoffrey Machell, Alex Gillespie, William Crawley, Sinclair Adams, Gordon King, Harward Chaffey, Osbert Calverley, Frank Griffin, John Laird, Andrew MacLean, Donald Macdonald, Vernon Powell, H.P. Rossiter, Ford Strathy, William Wright and Thomas Colley.

Series also includes copies of military files of students and employees who served. These files were printed from records available on Library and Archives Canada's website of World War 1 personnel.

File consists of the April 1998 Theatre Systems specifications and drawings report by Brian Arnott Associates for Willis Hall, in the basement of Powell's House residence. File also includes the architects drawings for the auditorium, including the stage disk and auditorium sections. There is also a side elevation profile drawing and of the recital theatre.

File consists of biographical material and correspondence pertaining to Appleby College Headmaster Percival Wickens. The correspondence relates to obtaining photographs for his portrait, along with a sample of his signature.

Sub-file consists of the costume book with photographs for the Appleby College production of West Side Story. Sub-file also contains a poster board with the signature of everyone involved in the production. The program is also included on the board.

File consists of the Appleby College Weekend Curriculum Guide for the residences and includes information on excursions, trips and activities for Boarding students.

File consists of a drawing of a memorial stained glass window design by Robert McCausland Limited to honour the alumni who gave their life in World War 1. The file also includes a memorial service program for the Nov. 10, 1940 Town of Oakville service in which Appleby Cadets were involved.

File consists of biographical material on Appleby College co-founder and first Board of Governors Chairman Sir Edmund Byron Walker. The booklets "Sir Edmund Walker Print Collector" and "Sir Edmund Walker Scholarships" are included, as is a copy of his personal book plate and several printed photographs.

File consists of records pertaining to Walker House residence and includes photo poster boards showing life in the house. The 1996 - 1997 boards show what life was like during the last year as a co-ed residence.

File consists of a small set of architectural drawings for the renovation of Walker House in 2009-2010.

File consists of material related to the Visual Arts co-curricular at Appleby and includes a sketch by student K.B. Walsh in 1939, as well as programmes for various Visual Arts events around campus.

File consists of unpublished histories about Appleby College by staff and alumni and includes an article 'Reflections by Old Boy Alastair Walker', 'Highlights of years 1955-1968' which provides an outline of events and school happenings during that time period, and 'The First Fifty Year' by unknown author from 1961 which was written at the time of the schools' 50th anniversary.

File consists of records pertaining to Aubrey de V.A. Turquand's time at Appleby School as a student as well as his letters to Mr. Guest after he had enlisted to participate in World War 1 (one). It also includes letters after his death, a subscription list for the Turquand Tablet and information about the tablet, his application form for Appleby School and correspondence regarding fees and payment for his time at Appleby School.

File also includes a silk embroidered Christmas postcard (December 1915) from Aubrey Turquand to Mrs. Guest.

Sub-file consists of documents pertaining to travelling to England for the Coronation and includes the Group Certificate of members of the Appleby College Chapel Choir which includes a photograph of each student as well as personal details. This item is RESTRICTED.

Sub-file consists of a railway ticket, the ship manifest/passenger list, postcards and documentation relating to the ships that the choir travelled on to and from England, 'Empress of Australia' and the 'Columbia'.

Sub-file also includes a theatre ticket, a day pass into Westminster Abbey, as well as permits for visiting Buckingham Palace.

File consists of records pertaining to the Appleby School Travel Club and specifically the trip taken to Europe in 1932. The group travelled to Great Britain, France, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland between July and August 1932. On the tour they went to many World War 1 memorials and battle sites. The file includes the programme, itinerary and a published booklet by John H. Osler describing the trip. The booklet is called Seeing Europe: An account of the Appleby School Travel Club Tour of 1932.

Sub-file consists of the musical schedule for the Appleby College production of Tom Brown's Schooldays, as well as a ticket to the show on Friday May 6th at 8pm.
Sub-file also includes the original poster advertising the production. The artwork was created by 'Goodfellow'.

Sub-file consists of a poster board for the Appleby school play of The Wizard of Oz, performed by the Middle School. It contains a collage of printed photographs of people involved in the production which is surrounding a program about the play.

File consists of The Whippet newsletter (issue nos. 1-66) created originally for parents to provide a summarized version of newsworthy events happening around the school. In September 2000, the newsletter changed its name and became 'Appleby College News'.

File consists of the student publication "The Whippet". This is the third time this title has been used in a publication, and the 2nd time for a student publication.
