The fonds consist of records relating to Appleby College.
The fonds is arranged into 3 sous-fonds and 8 series and includes the records of the Appleby College Alumni Association, the Appleby College Parents' Association and the Appleby School Father's Association. Included are leadership and administrative records; personnel records such as letters and correspondence; student records such as WWI correspondence; records related to the Advancement department, including event ephemera; financial records; marketing and communications records including the Quarterly newsletter; academic records including those of co-curricular activities such as the Cadets program; and records created by the Appleby College Archives.

Fonds consists of a photograph scrapbook from original Appleby student Ford Stuart Strathy, and photographs of Alastair's time as a student at Appleby. Both give a pictorial history of the early decades at Appleby and capture teachers and staff from Vernon Harcourt de Butts Powell, Headmaster John Guest, T.B. Colley, E.W. Whittington, Same Clarke, Mr. Adams and Miss Bird, as well as Appleby students, and the campus.

Collection consists of material of John's time as a student at Appleby College from 1971-1976 (Class of 1976), and includes an acceptance and award letter, a scrapbook containing both photocopied and original images of sports teams and the first winter trip to the school's Northern Campus on Lake Temagami in 1975, school related programs, letters, a documentary pictorial inventory of donated items, and a biography. The collection also includes an Appleby Colours jacket, a First XV Rugby team jersey, a First Football team jersey, school ties, custom silver cuff-links, school pins awarded for academic achievement and athleticism, a Lieutenant Governor's Silver medal, and a book prize.
Fonds consists of records relating to the publicity of the Appleby College Coronation Choir. Records include itinerary correspondence, greeting cards, and a scrapbook with newspaper clippings, as well as one boxing photograph.

Fonds consists of material pertaining to Raymond's portrayal of Abraham Lincoln on stage and film and includes photographs of Abraham Lincoln, sketches of Raymond as Lincoln, framed playbill on the night of Lincoln's assassination, framed Republican national ticket for President Lincoln, TV Guide awards for Raymond's performance in Tyger, Tyger and Dr. Kildare, and correspondence.
Fonds also consists of the Raymond Massey Rare Book Collection which he bequeathed along with the rest of the items in the fonds.

Fonds consists of four series; education of Wentworth’s schooldays at Appleby, Old Boys’ Association, correspondence and the Walker Family series, which consist of family heritage pieces related to Appleby College. Of note is a child’s table and chair set that was made by Appleby’s founder and Wentworth’s uncle, John Guest.

Fonds primarily consists of original play scripts for Junior School dramatic performances, as well as production binders and storyboards for three multimedia event performances. It also includes book cover proofs as well as audio/visual material and photographs of performances. Fonds also consists of photographs of students, faculty, and campus buildings.
