          Item consists of the 1950 Appleby College Prospectus brochure and original art for the map in the brochure.

          The brochure includes an aerial photograph of the college campus, Powell's House and School House (now Colley House), interior view of the chapel, the chapel choir, Appleby College sign on campus, the exterior of the chapel, the dining hall, the recreation room, wood working lab, classrooms and science lab, dorm rooms, school play, football, hockey, gymnastics, cricket, cadets, hockey, Wolf Cub and cub scouts, track and field, golf, tobogganing, and Sports Day.

          The brochure describes the aims of the college, lists awards available for students, daily routine timeline, curriculum, rules and regulations as well as other information about the school.
