The guide was created to ensure Appleby conveyed the same message throughout all processes from recruitment, advertising and promotional matierals. The guide discusses approved colours, stationary, typefaces, logos and symbols, abbreviations, capitalization, numbers, punctuation, and writing best practices including sample letters.
