Fonds consists of four series; education of Wentworth’s schooldays at Appleby, Old Boys’ Association, correspondence and the Walker Family series, which consist of family heritage pieces related to Appleby College. Of note is a child’s table and chair set that was made by Appleby’s founder and Wentworth’s uncle, John Guest.

File consists of records pertaining to Alex H. Gillespie's time at Appleby School as a student as well as his letters to Mr. Guest after he had enlisted to participate in World War 1 (one). There is also correspondence with Mr. Guest after the end of War about visits to Appleby as well as other issues.

Series consists of records pertaining to students and employees who participated in World War 1 (one), gathered from student and employee files belonging to Appleby School. These files include Appleby School application forms, health records, letters between the school and parents regarding school fees, letters to Mr. Guest from students and employees enlisted and serving their country during World War 1. It also includes letters to Mr. Guest from parents and relatives of these individuals. The files are as follows: Aubrey Turquand, John Magee, Geoffrey Machell, Alex Gillespie, William Crawley, Sinclair Adams, Gordon King, Harward Chaffey, Osbert Calverley, Frank Griffin, John Laird, Andrew MacLean, Donald Macdonald, Vernon Powell, H.P. Series also includes copies of military files of students and employees who served. These files were printed from records available on Library and Archives Canada's website of World War 1 personnel.

Fonds consists of a photograph scrapbook from original Appleby student Ford Stuart Strathy, and photographs of Alastair's time as a student at Appleby. Both give a pictorial history of the early decades at Appleby and capture teachers and staff from Vernon Harcourt de Butts Powell, Headmaster John Guest, T.B. Colley, E.W. Whittington, Same Clarke, Mr. Adams and Miss Bird, as well as Appleby students, and the campus.

File consists of records pertaining to William Asheton Crawley's time at Appleby School as a student as well as his letters to Mr. Guest after he had enlisted to participate in World War 1 (one).

File consists of records pertaining to Aubrey de V.A. Turquand's time at Appleby School as a student as well as his letters to Mr. Guest after he had enlisted to participate in World War 1 (one). It also includes letters after his death, a subscription list for the Turquand Tablet and information about the tablet, his application form for Appleby School and correspondence regarding fees and payment for his time at Appleby School.

File also includes a silk embroidered Christmas postcard (December 1915) from Aubrey Turquand to Mrs. Guest.

File consists of correspondence pertaining to William Richard Wright's time as student at Appleby School, as well as letters to Mr. Guest after he enlisted to participate in World War 1 (one). There are also several letters written after the end of The War.

File consists of records pertaining to Geoffrey Machell's time at Appleby School as a student as well as his letters to Mr. Guest after he had enlisted to participate in World War 1 (one). There are also letters from his parents to Mr. Guest regarding his military life and his illness with Tuberculosis in 1917, upon returning from the War.

File consists of records pertaining to Harward Eastman Chaffey's time at Appleby School as a student as well as his letters to Mr. Guest after he had enlisted to participate in World War 1 (one). There are also letters from Harward to his father, which were sent along to Mr. Guest.

File consists of records pertaining to John Gentles Magee's time at Appleby School as a student as well as his letters to Mr. Guest after he had enlisted to participate in World War 1 (one). It also includes correspondence to Mr. Guest about his studies at University of Toronto, after the end of World War 1.

Sub-file consists of the Appleby School Register and lists the names of students registered at Appleby College beginning in September 1911. It lists the students names and city where they live, the year they entered and where they attended after graduation. The Register also lists the faculty and staff working at the school.

File consists of records pertaining to Andrew MacLean's time at Appleby School as a student as well as his letters to Mr. Guest after he had enlisted to participate in World War 1 (one). There are also several letters to Mr. Guest from after the War.

File consists of correspondence related to the history of Appleby College. It includes a 1917 letter inquiring about the sale of a bull, a postcard addressed to the school dated to 1918, a 1919 letter from Prince Edward - The Prince of Wales from his visit to Canada, a Christmas greeting letter from 1935 talking about the skating and ice conditions, a letter to Sir Edmund Walker regarding a suitable camp site for the students in 1920 (Camp Kushog - See Dec. 1920 Argus), a letter dated to 1938 discussing the cooking and food offerings at the school, reminiscences of school days gone by, the hanging of the new Canadian flag at Appleby College in 1965, and a letter dated to 1966 discussing the 1913-1914 prefects.

The file also includes correspondence regarding Miss Grindlay's photo album, correspondence from various alumni about their time at Appleby, correspondence about articles in the Quarterly and Argus including the school bell, as well as letters from family of alumni who may have donated items to the school archives. It also includes a sworn declaration regarding the history of McCraney House.

Sub-series consists of newspaper clippings about Appleby College and is divided into decades. It includes articles about Cadets, gymnastics, Sports Day, Closing Day, the Chapel, the death of Sir Edmund Walker - the co-founder of the school (oversized encapsulation), Track and Field, a fire at Appleby during the 1930's, the death of Samuel Clarke, the hanging of the new Canadian flag on campus, 55th anniversary of Appleby College, the retirement of Headmaster Dr. J.A.M. Bell, football, rugby, various guest speakers to the school.

Sub-series also includes an article by Wilder Breckenridge about what it was like at the school when it first opened in 1911; articles about the Diamond Jubilee celebrations and the building campaign including a new hospital and library; the introduction of girls from St. Mildred's Lightbourn School participating in the school plays at Appleby beginning in 1971; and what is like at a private school. Though the first annual dinner was held in 1916, it was not until 1920 that The Old Boys' Association was formed when Old Boys G.W.S. Adams, T.G. Heaton, A.L. Ambrose, R.E. Haas, A.D. MacLean and A.H. Gillespie met to officially form the organization. As a result of coeducation, the name of the organization was changed to The Appleby College Alumni Association effective September 1, 1991.

Sub-series consists of the various chapel programs and bulletins created for different events and services at the John Bell Chapel. It includes the Appleby College 75th Anniversary programmes, the 75th Anniversary program for the Parent's Association, programmes for Chapel wardens, prefects, grade bands, and also includes a variety of programs for different events throughout the school year. It also includes the Centennial Chapel Service programme from 2011. It also includes the Organ Recital performance programme from June 8, 2019.

Series consist of correspondence, newsletters, and holiday greetings sent by Appleby’s Old Boys’ Association (now Alumni) to Wentworth, and newspaper clippings about Appleby Old Boys’ events.

Series consist of correspondence from Appleby College to Wentworth regarding the progress of the school, Wentworth’s donation of the school bell, invitations to events, updates on Appleby alumni, educational viewpoints, and historical information. It includes typed and written letters as well as a telegraph.

File consists of correspondence between Wentworth Walker and the Appleby College Old Boys Association. It includes correspondence and brochures on the planned new gymnasium and swimming pool, the 1947 Building Campaign for the Memorial Building, scholarship fundraising and other Appleby College fundraising campaigns.

File consists of records pertaining to guest lecture series and guest lecture programs at Appleby College and include "Canadian Citizens of Tomorrow" lecture, Democracy lecture series, and the Senator Norman M. Paterson Lecture series information.

File includes the speech given by alumni Richard MacFarlane in May 31, 2004 regarding 'Freedom of the Press' and his father, Douglas MacFarlane, who was a newspaper man during and after World War 2.

File consists of Appleby Old Boys Association newsletter, News of Appleby. These newsletters were in addition to the Argus Yearbook. The 1943 newsletter details many Old Boys and their military status during World War Two. The 1947 newsletter providing information on The Building Campaign, The memorial window in The Chapel dedicated in memory to J. William Weis. It also includes personal updates for many Old Boys.

Fonds consists of material of Brad's time as a student at Appleby College. In particular, it includes material pertaining to his time as a member of the school's Coronation Choir. Fonds consists of two series: Coronation choir and School days.

Fonds consists of two objects relating to alumni Alan Sproule (Class of 1955) and consists of a 50 year pin and a hymn book.

On December 4, 1949 he was confirmed in the Appleby College Chapel, with J.A. Bell as Headmaster. His parents gifted him the hymn book for this occasion. An article about the event can be found in the 1950 Argus yearbook on page 9.

On the occasion of becoming part of the 50th Reunion Club in 2005, he was gifted the pin. An article and picture appear in the Summer 2005 Appleby Quarterly magazine.

File consists of records pertaining trivia questions to be included in the Appleby Quarterly newsletter as well as the Class of 1983 newsletter.
